ICAIT 2025 was chaired by Prof. Zhenshan Yang of Liaocheng University, China. The conference commenced with an official address delivered by Prof. Perry Ping Shum of the Southern University of Science and Technology, China—President of the IEEE Photonics Society and a Fellow of IEEE, SPIE, and OSA. This was followed by a welcome address from Prof. Chenglin Bai, President of Liaocheng University, China. Prof. Xia Zang, also from Liaocheng University, then delivered the opening remarks.

Subsequently, three distinguished plenary speakers presented at the conference: Prof. Chao Lu of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China (OSA Fellow); Prof. Weisheng Hu of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China; and Prof. Liyang Shao of the Southern University of Science and Technology, China. Each delivered an excellent speech, contributing significantly to the conference.
