ICAIT 2026 Awards

To reward young scientists and engineers who show great promise in their field of study, with the hope that this will nurture the growth of science and technology in the region.

  Everyone within the age of 40 by 30th October, 2026 with a doctor degree is eligible for Best Young Scientist Award.

  Application could be made during registration. The applicant is required to submit representative publications (up to 2) and full CV for judges to review. All publications need to provide impact factor, citation and major research contribution.

  Researchers will be selected by the TPC during the conference.

The Outstanding Contribution Award recognizes an individual (delegate of ICAIT 2026) who has made a significant contribution to the ICAIT conference.

This award honors individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and contribution to the success and advancement of the ICAIT conference series.

The purpose of the Best Student Paper Award is to recognize and promote quality contributions to academic research and writing among students who present and publish papers at the ICAIT conference.

  The best student paper will be selected based on innovation, significance to the research community, scientific impact and technical excellence.

  Papers must be accepted by ICAIT 2026.
• 3
  The first author of nominated is a student by October 30th, 2026.
• 4
  The first author of nominated paper will deliver Oral Presentation at ICAIT 2026.

For every session, one best oral presentation will be selected by session chairs.

Presentations will be evaluated according to:

• Originality
• Applicability
• Technical Merit
• PPT Quality
• English Presentation

For each session, one best poster presentation will be selected by session chairs.

Posters will be evaluated according to:

• Originality
• Applicability
• Technical Merit
• Poster Design
• English Presentation
